Personal Coaching

In Person Coaching includes - physical analysis including body fat, weight, energy level, and motivation. Identify any challenges and provide tools and ideas to overcome roadblocks. Making modifications to your current menu and exercise plan. Your personal coach is trained to provide you with the tools to succeed.

We start off your program with 4 weekly visits to get you on the right path. The second and third month we meet (in office) every other week to fine tune and improve results. To make sure you are successful we follow-up with three more months of phone coaching every other week to stay on track.

1 Year Coaching Program
Your Program Includes:

This program covers the whole Mind - Body and Spirit connection and is our most complete Lifestyle Program. It includes 8 Mental Training Sessions from our "WHAT IF" program with a workbook and audio programs. For the first month we meet every week to get you off to a great start. Then we meet every other week for the next 5 months.  We stay on track with phone coaching every other week for the remainder of the program. This program is for the individual that really wants to make complete changes and loose up to 150 pounds. You are making a commitment to your health and in doing so asking us to do what ever it takes to assist you in being successful.

Phone Coaching
 Phone coaching is offered to members of our online program. Phone coaching allows individuals that are too busy to make it into the office for personal coaching to still get the benefits of a personal coach. You will discuss any roadblocks and come up with solutions to any challenge that you might have. We will also cover how to use the online system to make changes to improve your success. Your coach has access to your online system and can assist you in making any adjustments. Your coach is trained in motivation and providing you the tools to help on your journey to success.

1 Month Weekly Phone Coaching
Your Program Includes: 4 weekly 30 minute phone coaching sessions. This program is a good program to get you up and going again or to just get you started on your online program. If you can not get in for an in office visit we recommend that you sign up for a phone coaching program to start and learn the basics.

Price: $150.00

1 Month Bi-Weekly Phone Coaching
Your Program Includes: 2 weekly 30 minute phone coaching sessions. This is like the weekly program but designed for the person that just needs to learn the system and already has the motivation and desire.

Price: $100.00

 

3 Month Bi-Weekly Phone Coaching

Price: $250.00
