Dr. Holt started his education in the military and at Laverne University, concentrating on criminology, sociology,  and psychology. Michael was put in charge of redoing HS4's legal department and was awarded a Navy Commendation for taking a failing department and turning it around for the next Admiral's Inspection. Michael was appointed as the command drug and alcohol counselor and started working to empower people to take control of their lives in the early 80's. He continued his education traveling around the world, studying Alternative and Holistic Medicine/Healthcare.

Michael is a certified Hypnotherapy Instructor as well as a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and is a black belt in Kung Fu. He has been allowed to study Qigong for healing as well as other eastern practices. He is an international speaker and presenter for many Alternative Healthcare Organizations and is considered an expert in weight loss, attention deficit disorder, pain management, medical and dental hypnotherapy, and behavioral change. 

Michael was involved in developing the technical training for internet companies like America Online, AT&T Worldnet, GTE (both their Internet and CLEC Divisions) and Covad Communications.  Michael's years of experience in managing and training in the corporate sector as well as individuals has given him the ability to create a precision approach to assist people in reaching their goals.  His expertise allows him to locate not only buried hindrances but also to unlock untapped potential. 

This subtle yet powerful approach has touched many peoples' lives bringing them astounding success. In 2006 Dr. Holt received the International Hypnosis Federation's "Award of Excellence" for his work in the Alternative Healthcare Field. According to Michael the key to success is working with the mind, body and spirit; Dr. Holt is able to blend this combination together to assist you in making the changes you want and need to make today.
